Thanks, I've wanted to do a gorg tank for quite a while.  I'm pretty excited about it.

Tank is drilled peninsula style with a low profile box . (3) One inch drains down to sump, Single one inch return on opposite end of overflow.  The strainer you see is actually a drain for when i do water changes.  I open a ball valve and just let it drain.  ☺

I am so sad I have never thought of doing like that....But I would have to find a place to hide it really well.

Going the DIY route on a light fixture. 

 

I have a stripped down 46" aquatic life expert series heatsink that I will eventually be converting into an LED/T5 hybrid. Not sure if I want to stay with the tank mount option, or hang it.

Had an early day so water change and misc. Cleaning / maintenance underway. Might have new a fish or 2 this weekend,  as well as some potential new goodies by the middle of next week if the weather is cooperative.

I got one of these packages too!  I took pics but haven't got them up yet, and haven't got pics of them in the tank yet lol.
