Color Change Krazy Glue: Reef safe?

Is "Color Change Krazy Glue" (purple color when wet, clear when dry) reef safe?  Anybody tried it?

I checked the Safety Data Sheet on Krazy Glue's website and it states:

 

Toxic to aquatic life
Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects 

 

The only ingredient beside the expected Ethyl cyanoacrylate is this:

1,2,3-Propanetricarboxylic acid, 2-(acetyloxy)-, tributyl ester 

 

So I assume that this ingredient is toxic to aquatic life.

 

Regardless of that, would like to know if anybody has used it.  Given the above information, I'm not going to use it unless I get more information.
