"Worm" bottering my torch

I realize that one of the heads of my torch wasn't oppening I took a closer look and found something like a feather duster that might be bothering it. What can I do?

Where is the worm in the photo? I don't see one. That torch definitely looks very POed.

Is it a feather duster or like a feather duster? I can't see much from the pic

I can't make it out, but I have a feeling it's a barnacle.

Its something like this one but in the torch i just found that this one had it too but the one in the torch is not popping out atm

Still hard to tell. Could be a feather duster, or a barnacle like this:

Looks more like a barnacle because it goes out and turns around and then hides and goes back out is not a complete circle is like a half circle but its coming out like from a polyp from the coral.

I don't think a barnacle would cause that much recession in LPS.. Is alk stable? Nutrients normal (not 0)?

it looked like that because I was moving it around trying to get a good picture also I changed the spot of it now its halfway open
