Thanks!

i wanna get a big LPS or softie to fill some of the empty space.

Perhaps a trumpet or euphyllia (torch, hammer, frogspawn) species on the right?  Or a big toadstool or sinularia or something?

I'm afraid of torches bc of those night time tentacle things. Sinularias are really pretty.  I had a branching hammer but i broke it, maybe ill get one more

I think frogspawns and hammers are less likely to do sweeper tentacles at night (I don't think my little frogspawn has though I've not had it but a couple months).  I agree, sinularias/nephtheas are very pretty!  Wish my filter hadn't eaten mine lol.

@Lula_Mae i have a kenya tree and it's big so i think a sinularia looks too similar.  i like leathers; almost like an anemone lol hopefully i'll find some local refer with frags

You can also try ebay or posting a WTB in the classifieds here.  I got my toadie and sinularia leathers from ebay!

@Lula_Mae i think my tiny leather frag might be a sinularia but it's too early to tell idk. Ive looked online and i get deterred by the shipping cost :haha:

Haha yeah, if you can find them shipped 2 day priority that will be more palatable but if it's a bigger specimen I'd probably pay for overnight.  My frags were shipped priority and did ok (sinularia bleached a bit)...might better wait till it's a bit cooler out, though.

I think kenyas randomly spawn off babies on their own lol.

@Lula_Mae i see a bunch of little growths along the body. I also see a new head on my utter chaos zoa, a bunch of little GSP heads (i want a GPS explosion on my tank), and even the xenia has a tiny new branch growing (i thought the Xenia was dying but it's making a come back lmfao)

@Lula_Mae

I'm pulling it straight out the tank with my bare hands tomorrow morning. I was wishing it was some sort of anemone lmfao

Careful, I've heard they can sting!

Alright here's an obnoxious update to show some of the corals I have:

brown star polyps with some zoas

green digitata; I actually stepped on this while cleaning the tank and it broke into two pieces so I have a second piece on a frag plug. I'm hoping it takes off.

green star polyps. I have two different pieces of this on two separate rocks.

another type of mushroom; was told it was a St. Thomas; i'm still not satisfied lol
