Build thread of my nuvo 10 gallon all in one reef 

 

He's pics of live sand and dry rock 

not sure my approach on cycling this tank yet

thoughts on a quick start additive and a clown fish? I know it's not proper I have ran a 65 gallon mixed reef cube for the last 3 years parted ways so I'm not new to the hobby but wanted to hear some options

Cycle it with ammonia and bacteria dosing. 

 

No fish until after  the cycle.

I have 2 clowns in my im 10

I had no issues with microbacter7 and dr tims ammonia. I'd be willing to bet and of the bottled bac work essentially the same, pour them in and add some ammonia.

I've never used any particular products. I use liverock or liverock/dry rock mix for cycling 

 

I know we tim' s has z great reputation

I know the z is a typo, but if you read that aloud with a shitty German accent it's pretty funny.

I've upgraded a few things if anyone has one of these tanks and wants to upgrade the return pump I use the sicce silent compact pump flows up to 185 ghp I have it turned way down at the Moment and also a tunze top off

topping off with r/o 

and gonna use kalk here when I star my adding corals hopefully doesn't crash my tank lolz

You should only dose ca/alk when corals start consuming the elements daily
