lonewonderer Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 Hello, I have a small hang on the back refugium with minimal flow. I have a chaeto in there for 3 weeks now with lights. I bought some new chaeto and its really sofy compared to my old one which is really hard and tough. Is my old chaeto dying? what can i do to fix these. need help. Quote Link to comment
This guy is extra salty Posted January 26, 2018 Share Posted January 26, 2018 No keep your Chaeto It varies on the light I have some in my display future that is long and stringy using a kessil flora, Then by Fred system sub I have a basketball size that is hard as rock under 150W floodlights If it was dying it would disintegrate in your hand when he tried to pick it up Which is a good thing if you’re doing the triton method Quote Link to comment
