I've tried the contact link on their website and their gmail, but have not gotten a response. I would like to avoid calling them as it is $0.49/ minute to call Canada. I had no response by messaging them directly on their website, nothing from their gmail account, but the sales@rlss.ca worked! They responded quickly and are very helpful.
