Minmay
So by googling what sweeper tentacles means I get answers of the coral is hungry or it senses that another coral is near by and defending itself. Which one is it? Or is it both? I do see the sweepers out on my candy canes and acans but i dont want to run the risk of over feeding if thats not what it means. I just fed yesterday. Thank u in advance. 1 Quote Link to comment

When I put something down stream of my Galaxea, it sends out extra extra long tentacles to find and sting whatever is down there. 1 Quote Link to comment

I always heard of sweeper tentacles.... once I saw them in person, there was no doubt in my mind what they were..... It's an attack. 1 Quote Link to comment

Clown79
Corals like brains and trumpets/candy canes do this every night. You don't have to feed them everyday, theres food in the water column for them. 3 Quote Link to comment
