Recently My large leather coral has had large chunks About 1.5 in to 3in fall off. My question is, will these chunks that look relatively healthy reattach and start as New corals, or will they start breaking down and cause further increases in My phosphates? Link to comment
Simulated Fish Posted May 12, 2017 Share Posted May 12, 2017 How do the chunks look? Leather fragging is literally just cutting a piece off and applying treatment to promote health. Photos would help, and your tank prams / size / system setup. If the coral is falling apart then it doesn't sit well that the parts would love if water quality is that bad. welcome to nano reef, we are here to help! Link to comment
