The tank just got shipped today so the kids will be a few days behind everyone.

Delayed gratification is a very important skill to teach children.  

 

I'm guessing there are a number of us in this hobby who didn't learn this skill well enough when we were young (I might include myself in this category).

So while I was at work today the boys decided to make a sand tornado in the tank and redo the whole rock scape while my wife was in the shower. I fixed it back there new rock scape was interesting but it would not be functional in any way.

It was! I showed them tons of things they could get.

Those were the 2 fish and 2 corals they picked out and the sponge they wanted because the color.

They also picked where to put the corals and sponge. 

It was very messy.......:mellow::lol:
