Clown79
What kind of rock did you use for cycling? Liverock(wet) will cycle the tank Dry rock needs ammonium and bacteria dosing to cycle or you will wait a long time for it to cycle on its own. Have you been testing ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate since the start? Did you see ammonia rise and fall to 0 Same with nitrite? Cycling occurs when: Ammonia rises and drops to 0 converting into nitrites, then nitrites rise and drop to 0. In the process nitrates develop. Link to comment

Clown79
If you saw ammonia rise and fall and the same with nitrite then you would have completed the cycle. The question is What is the tanks gallon and how much rock in total? Link to comment
