It is the kind of thing that NEEDS to be brought out and talked about - too many people still shy away from mental health issues, but they are as real and nondiscriminatory as cancer or any other illness. Thanks for checking on me everyone. 🙂 My stress is at level 10 but I will keep on keeping on. My mom was finally released and doing much better.
