Clown fish with damaged pelvic/ventral fins

So I bought a pair of wyoming clowns almost a week ago and somehow while watching them at the store I missed this super obvious fin damage and only noticed after introducing them into my tank. It can still swim well but it definitely isn't  as strong of a swimmer as the other. I'm just curious as to whether it's a deformity or damage possibly from the other clowns it was housed with at the store, and if so does it look like it will be able to heal back fully? I also took a video on top of the pictures, these guys are so much harder to photograph than my gramma

It shouldn't affect him at all and they may even re-grow in a year or so.
