grinder143
I would like to cut some teeth into a weir . However I have not figured a way to make a jig to make it look professional . Any ideas Quote Link to comment
hooligan_78
Are you cutting acrylic or glass? Quote Link to comment
Christopher Marks
I did mine in the past on a table saw with a fine toothed blade, just using the guide rail to position each cut. I penciled in my 'tooth boundaries' on the protective paper with a straight edge and then just visually lined up each new cut while adjusting the rail. Slow and steady, you'll get a clean cut. Test it on some scrap first if you can! Quote Link to comment
