Black spots on clownfish

My clowns are becoming friends again, the boss has been chosen lol 

 

But the dominated one is getting a cougar look-alike black pattern appearing on him. 

 

He looks healthy and eats fine 

I am feeding brine shrimp and flakes. 

 

Any idea?

Some clowns just get darker with age, some get black spots from rubbing corals. Mine has had black spots for over a year

Both my clowns had similar black spots appear out of nowhere, I think they tried to snuggle up with some coral.  They faded within a few weeks and I haven't seen any since.
