Derrick1980
Ok, so I understand what I'm up for if I decide to keep a lionfish in my nano. Now I'm looking for ideas on how to set it up, what fish to keep, etc. I am looking at this beautiful empty 26 gallon bowfront tank all lit up and I'm dying to get started. Link to comment

Clown79
Its easier for ppl to answer specific questions, thats why theres a lack of responses. Setting up: Rock options Sand options Filteration media Water movement Fish options, there a few for 26g. You can do 4 small fish. Clowns with a goby, a blenny, another small fish. Firefish Goby Blenny Cardinal Pink streaked wrasse Check out nano fish on Liveaquaria.com If you want a lionfish, that pretty much sums up the option. A predator tank. Lionfish are predators. In a 26g, any fish thats smaller than it will be eaten, any fish bigger than it, can't go in a 26g. Imo, a fumanchu in a 26g is pushing the limits. They make a lot of waste, they need meaty foods, like fish and shrimp. Link to comment
