O2Surplus Bluefish Mini PCB - troubleshooting

Hey Guys,

 

Just wondering if anyone can help me out on this troubleshooting issue i have with the O2Surplus Bluefish PCB ver3. I can't really find any great detailed information out there for my specific problem. 

 

I am making a DIY LED with T5s. 

 

I finally got around to wiring this up and channel #5 is always on and doesn't respond to controller settings.  

 

I moved the current LEDs on channel #5 to #4 and it works fine. All other channels work as well with controls from the Bluefish mini. 

 

The other problem i have is the fan goes to full power @ 0% but does change if the setting is revised on Channel #1 as currently shown. I assume that is not right. Standard fan that comes with the makersled heatsink. Also, I probably put the fan upside down since I wannted the fan to blow air into the fins of the heatstinks; minor change.
