jdmlude831
Hey, I've had a tomato clown for over a year now about a month ago I added a smaller tomato clownfish. They seem to be getting along fine. Bigger one sometimes rushes to the small one but doesn't nip at it, smaller one twitches at the bigger one and they kind of stay close for a bit. Both eating good. My question is will they ever pair up? Will the bigger clown let the small one in to the anemone? Thanks Link to comment
fishfreak0114
Well the twitching is the little one submitting to the big one, so I'd say they're on their way to pairing up. Link to comment
lkoechle
Twitching is the little one submitting. So they are trying to pair. or at least he is. Link to comment
RIP Sebastian
Twitching is submitting, and depending on the female's personality, she may or may not let him in the nem. My female Onyx Perc won't let her hubby in the nem. Link to comment
lake985
Is it common for the female to twitch, rather than the newly introduced male? Link to comment
jdmlude831
He has to use his good looks and charming personality to convince her he's worth it. Link to comment
