WV Reefer
Had a bit of cyano but I upped the flow and things look great now. I've been clearing out a few things to go in the 75 gallon and gluing a few things down so the tank looks much more tidy now. 3 1 Quote Link to comment
StinkyBunny
<whispers> Bill's actually right handed. If cyano gets too out of hand, 1ml of vinegar in that size tank will knock it down toute suite. I have a friend who's a microbiologist and he and I think that the bacteria that use vinegar and cyano feed along the same pathways and the bacteria starve the cyano out of food. 2 Quote Link to comment

WV Reefer
My Montipora is coming back from the dead in the spot where the White Witch RFA stung the sh*t out of it. Yay!!! 8 Quote Link to comment
WV Reefer
Nemo created a problem I am not happy about at all. During his intense sessions in the Goniopora he has slowly removed most of the sand around the area. This has exposed the underneath of my clam which was not pleased. I could see it moving to try and adjust it's position the last few days and it finally hopped off the rock............while I was home to pick it up. Whew! Luckily I had a clam hammock that I hadn't used so I pulled it out...... the clam was too big so I flipped it over! The clam is attaching to the hammock and then I will glue it back on its spot on the rock. 7 1 Quote Link to comment
WV Reefer
The RFA went on the run again so this time I scooped her up and into the big tank she went! No more nano reef for you! And now a full tank shot.......(clam is still attaching to the new platform). 7 3 Quote Link to comment

I had to rescape that end of the tank and it pisses me off. Nemo and his Goni may have to go to the big tank..... it’s all his fault, the little punk ass. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
spectra
Just move the clam to the big tank.............. 1 Quote Link to comment
