Just keep the flow up to keep the crud blown off. When you're curing wild rock, a Jacuzzi would be the appropriate flow rate.

Not sure yet. Right now I’m letting it cook and see who survives. The big worm is still alive but haven’t seen the mantis. 
 

I may go get some clean up crew this weekend and some extra food to feed the worm. Once I’m sure of the mantis status I may get some fish.

Well toss in some hermits and entice the shrimp if still alive................. snails may go after your macro..............

It’s an old post office box……A guy turns them into little banks. He had several numbers to choose from and one of them was 187. ……so I deliberately picked it but it’s also the original post office box number.
