LbulletM Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 Pretty disappointed. Ordered a 5 pack of RFAs, 3 hammers, and some zoas on December 20th. Got a pretty decent deal on everything because of a Christmas Sale and was supposed to get a free order of their Reef Boom food as well. At first, they were responsive, replying back and forth to my email. Then they would only reply to new emails. Then they didn't respond to any of my emails. Kept saying soon, said it was because of the RFAs. Said they would receive the RFAs on Friday (2.5 weeks ago). After 7.5+ weeks of waiting, I processed a charge back last night. Unacceptable for a $200 order. Sad I won't get my RFAs, but I'll order them through VIP reef. Someday. Buyer beware. Link to comment
