controller led hook up help

hello I have Ramping Leds(pwm controlled) and a bluefish led controller, i purchased them seeing how cool the controller, was but quickly realized i was way over my head. I was wondering if any one would be willing to do the work for me, and i would gladly pay for the service..thank you
