DaveFason Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 It has been a wild ride with many different AIO tanks, no filter tanks, etc. I have had a Red Sea 170 in my spare room sitting there for eight months and finally decided it was time. I am extremely excited to be back with an actual sump, normal skimmers and just easy reef keeping. I will be updating this tank weekly to show results. NanoBox Duo NYOS 120 IM Nuvo Pump Nero 5 X2 Tune 6020 ( In Sump ) Super simple and back to the basics. I pick up corals that I enjoy and really looking forward to this tank maturing. Enjoy in 4K. I few that are flat out mind boggling! Someone likes Acans! I put this in the same chamber as the skimmer. This allows for it to stir up anything down there and make the skimmer collect for junk. I also move it around once a month. You will be amazed how well it works. I'm new with sumps....why the Tunze in sump? 3 Quote Link to comment

I really have to give it to Red Sea on the setup for plumbing. While I feel 100% with plumbing most people are not. However they are so easy it is almost comical!
