White/light encrusting coral with small green polyps

Hello,

 

My LFS had this frag that was doing quite poorly in their system so they gave it to me. I have no idea what it is.

 

Here's what I know:

 

1. It is likely bleached

2. It has polyps (seems larger than SPS) that are neon green and react to feeding.

3. The polyps do not extend very far at all.

4. It is encrusting

 

It almost looks like a Goniopora with polyps that do not extend.

check out Cyphastrea coal. Mine was very nasty to soft coral
