Tang and barbonias anthias attacked/have some kind of disease

Hi all,

 

The days ago my barbonias anthias looked like he got into some sort of fight, lost half one of his pectoral found and had a mark further back on the same side. He's recovering and looking better now, but today my tang suddenly has a huge wound on one side.

These are the two biggest fish in my tank, no predators, and the tank has been established for the last 2 years and doing pretty well.

Here are some photos of the tang as her looks right now, has anyone ever seen this before?
