Best Adhesive Product To Use

I am going to be modifying a Tunze 9001 by moving the magnet from one side to another. The joint will be plastic on plastic and will be underwater. What would be the best adhesive/epoxy/solvent for this application?

I would use superglue gel, people commonly use it for frags and it should bond plastic on plastic pretty well.

 

Make sure it is Cyanoacrylate.
