What size goose neck should I get for a evo 13.5

Hi

 

I am planning on purchasing a tide mini plus m for my new evo I am setting up to replace my Ada 60p. I am moving and the new landlord won't budge over 15 gallon limit so I need to go smaller. I have a aquatic life 4x24 inch t5ho fixture and I think that is too much for the evo but I do have some Montis and birds nest as well as a couple random sps so I need some power as well.

 

Just wondering which size will give me the best light to grow my current coral.
