Reef Radiance

In August Reef Radiance advertised a Seneye Home Monitor at a great price noting that it was an Amazon return. Due to the attractive price, I ordered 1 and got an order confirmation that stated it would be shipped in 48 hours and I would get a tracking number.

On Aug 29 I contact them via their contact form letting them know that I had not received the Seneye or even a tracking number


rick@reefradiance.com responded with "This will go out in the next day or so and you will receive a tracking number to track it to you.






So 12 day later, guess what? No tracking number, no further communication and no seneye.


I've sent an email to rick requesting cancellation and file claims with Paypal and a complaint with BBB
