aaron186
I live in Cleveland OH. None of the reef stores around here seem to have clams for sale except for a few giant ones. Can any suggest a good place to buy one online? Looking for a derassa for my 40b that is 10months old and under maxspect razors Link to comment

tetraodon
pacific east aquaculture has clams, mostly maxima though. ORA cultures derasa clams, best option is to see if your LFS will order them in for you. Link to comment
FlamingPrawn
Tidal Gardens has a couple Deresas currently available. DrGibby's recommendation is spot on though. That's where I'll be going and I'm up your way (Akron) so the trip is 100% worth it. Link to comment
cruiZe
+1 to pacific east. I got mine there, beautiful clams and top notch service. Are you dosing CA and ALK? able to keep nitrates and other nutrients up? Link to comment
Gooburz
I won't deal with Pacific East, been there a couple times now and they have a VERY elitist attitude and was very put off by them. Several stores locally wanted to order from them as well as far as clams go and Dr. Mac had a very piss poor attitude towards them. Link to comment

If you had a bad experience I welcome you or these store owners to call to discuss. We sell to many stores actually so this does not jive with our experiences. Link to comment

gulfsurfer101
Pacific east aquaculture is the best imo for online shopping in this dept! I bought a maxima from them and let them pick it out to save a few bucks. Couldn't have asked for a better clam. The problem you have when you are upset with someone is not with them but actually resides in you. You might want to check that before you miss out. Link to comment
William
It seems like clams are way more expensive than they used to be Link to comment
