So this LFS guy has really good price, he does service mostly, so he doesn’t seem to mark up his stuff too much. His store only opens 4 hours a week. Gorg $30 Clown $25 the little guy with cool pattern $10 yuma crappy angle and it’s a bit pissed right now. and this torch is $30. It’s a little blah right now. But I need a proof case (to myself that I can keep it alive) before I buy another one that is triple digit per head. He was trying to sell me the new “Rasta” torch for $250 a head. I think one of the sponsor on here has one posted recently for a lot more 7 Quote Link to comment

Micro hammer and cristata torch the same thing? Almost picked up a 2-head cristata, but decided to stick with “regular” torch. Quote Link to comment

I sell my hellfires, dragon souls, and indo golds at 250. 3 Quote Link to comment

I just thought this one was a little pale, and may hit a jackpot if it turns into something nice 😅, just as long as it doesn’t stay brown. 6 Quote Link to comment

Remember to give it a stupid name and jack up the price by 100% when it colors up. 3 2 Quote Link to comment

The goal is: less quantity at each feeding but more often/regularly. Hopefully it benefits the acros as well, and doesn’t cause too much hassle with excess nutrients. Note to self: So if I have major algae in a week or two - this would be why 😅. 2 2 Quote Link to comment

They still have great color, polyp extension and the zoa has a third head coming in 1 Quote Link to comment

Yea, more than likely where you got it had high nitrates. If your nitrate is low as well as your PO4 it'll colour up. I'll tell you a little secret of mine. I feed my LPS chopped mussels once a week. See if someone local sells them, throw 2-3 in a baggie and freeze them, then shave off what you need. 2 Quote Link to comment

That's good to know 👍 2 Quote Link to comment
