DOA Policy: If there are any DOAs with your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of the box's arrival and provide pictures of the DOA. Our DOA policy does not apply if the package is delayed for any reason by the shipping carrier. So you would basically be waiving the DOA policy since you won't be able to open the box within 2 hours of delivery. But their corals are shipped in insulated Styrofoam boxes with heat packs. Thanks!
