aviator300 Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 I placed an order with Cultivated Reef that was delivered today to my old address in AZ rather than my new one in UT. (someone there at my old address either feels lucky or grossed out depending on their point of view Hahah). Anyway, mistakes happen and it probably was my fault for not confirming my new address but About 5 min after I Emailed CR, they replied saying no problem and they are fragging more coral for my order and shipping it out no expense to me. That is A+ Customer service in my book and I fully recommend them to anyone. I will post my impression of the corals themselves after I receive them. Link to comment
