When to add Cheato

Hey guys I got my 40 breeder setup, and I was wondering when I should add some cheato so I can start harvesting and growing pods? The tank was an upgrade from a 4-5month old 20 long, so it's been cycled. Wheres a good place to order some? I've been looking at reefcleaners. Just wondering if I should get some now or wait a while. Also same for pods, now or later?

Now, tomorrow, yesterday, last week! Lol throw it in the tank and profit. Reefcleaners is nice, there are also a few seller on here that have good stock.
