My 1st reef tank ever had hitchiker abalones and they bred like crazy. I would like to find some again for a breeding colony for more diversity and I just like self sustaining snails. My tank would be 75g and wondering if they would cause any problems. Also trying to figure out if I would need both a male and female Abalone. They are pretty spendy ($20 each!!) so getting a breeding colony might be a PITA. Man, If I had known that when I set up my 1st reef tank, I could have made mad cash. Link to comment
