basser1
Saw this story tonight about a guy that has a 125 in-wall tank and his kids thought they would do "like daddy does" and over-dosed his tank..... Not good. BTW, the vid is over 3 hours where he asks for ideas and help to remedy the situation. But I think you'll get the idea. https://reefbuilders.com/2016/02/15/leopazzo-livestreams-every-reefers-worse-nightmare/ So if you have munchkins running around, keep those additives put away!! makingfilms
Me too!!!!! my nephew nuked my tank in January. he hide his paint marker in my pump return and no one saw him hide it. the marker was a gold glittery variety which leaked into all of my LR and sand. The way I figured what happened was the next day, when I woke up my tank water looked like a disco ball that had been put into a blender. The damage was severe, It killed my frozen trained Mandarin, my possum wrasse, a bunch of coral including my really expensive torch coral, and I had to replace all my sand and rock. At least I got to change my scape but not a fun experience. Link to comment
