Bluefish controller setup with Personal Hotspot?

Wondering if anyone has set up a bluefish controller with a hotspot before? I'm moving in two weeks and cancelled wifi but have been wanting to try out my new Nanobox. Can't seem to get the blink up to configure. Not sure if there are some other settings or procedures that must be done, other than the manual typing of the ssid and password ? It seems like it will work and the light goes green on the card for a bit and then the red flashing will come back. Just wanna take this a150 off and try out the nanobox.

Yes, that is fine - just remember that as soon as you turn off hotspot, if the controller loses power, it will lose its settings and won't give your tank any light until it gets a connection again.
