Dunlager Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 I picked up a duncan two weeks ago. I've been spot feeding it and I believe I have awoken a hungry beast. In the last week it has taken in and eaten a lady bug that fell into the tank and the molten she'll of my cleaner shrimp. I'm worried my yellow goby may be next Anyone else see their Duncan's eat weird stuff?
basser1 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Mine is the size of a grapefruit and so far, I haven't noticed it eating anything strange. The clowns that use it as their host though keep it well fed!
JR! Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 mine that ive had over the years have eaten just about anything lol
spectra Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Also remember you feed it and it will grow.......mine started out as 3 heads and in a year was the size of a softball....... I just picked up a 4 or 5 head for my nano and the thing is going nuts.....
Qckwzrd Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Nothing weird, but I do feed mine diced scallops, salmon and shrimp, frozen blood worms, live black worms and the regular stuff (mysis, plankton and cyclops)
