Nanofreak79
So ice been around the hobby awhile and have tried every lighting out there. I'm having trouble deciding if I should get a 6 bulb or get away with a four bulb fixture. Consider a high quality fixture and ATI bulbs. I have lots of lps and a growing sps ,collection that is within the 5" from top of aquarium and lower light sps at 7-8". My tank is 36x19.5x21.5" any help appreciated. I don't want to overdue it, just make everything happy. Link to comment
Horerczy
I say go six just for ease of color combinations. Link to comment
Nanofreak79
That was kind of my thinking, just for bulb choice, but a four bulbs I can still do good bulb choice, or somewhat. Thanks, Hore Link to comment

Nanofreak79
Thanks, I will have a better option for spectrums to play with. I'm waiting on someone with an aquatic life 6 bulb and two led bars to get back to me. Link to comment
creefer
My vote is for 6 bulbs as well. You'll be pleased you did it. I just ordered an 8 bulb for my upcoming, painfully slow new build. Link to comment
duncan-junkie
I have a 6 bulb sunpower and it's the bee's knee's! I love it, and wouldn't ever think about getting a different fixture for sps!! Link to comment
Nanofreak79
I've only had four bulb sun powers. I need to get my damn razor sold, then , or before get some way to hang this light. I'll probably attach the aquatic life kit that attaches to the stand and is an L shaped bracket. Link to comment
