Difrano
Hi all,Can you check on my aquascaping? I'm new and want to know if its ok.FTS:Left side:Right Side:Close ups:Thank you! Link to comment
Pinner Reef
I would redo it so the the smooth flowing rocks are making a shelf/ overhang then arrange the knobby rocks on top of them, The trick to good aquascape is to make it look lit it was formed as one piece. Dunno if that helps much lol Link to comment
spinycheek
I don't think there's anything wrong with it, it's really an artistic opinion. I try to go minimal on rocks in my tanks and let the corals fill in the empty space. Plus, piles can accumulate detritus if there isn't water flowing through the gaps. Link to comment
xmas_one
I would suggest you remove about half of the rock and be cognizant of coral placement when you select/position the rocks. Link to comment

jbrfish
I like it......the caves will be good spots for shy fish to hide out and you have nice ledges to place corals and I like the sand real estate for corals as well. The rocks should be stable so it does not fall down. Just be sure you have good water circulation, to avoid dead spots at corners where de·tri·tus may form. I changed my rockscape so many times, I nicknamed my tank the Winchestor Mystery House Tank. I just kept adding rock. Link to comment
