I touched it with a pipette so it's attached on there pretty good. It has a cavity in that white part. Is it a parasite I should be worried about or is it starting a new head? Link to comment

It's probably a sponge or some harmless coral, I wouldn't worry about it. Link to comment

Bingo1213 Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 Probably a sponge of some kind. I wouldn't worry at all about it. My tank has soooo many sponges Ive lost count! It kinda looks like a pineapple sponge but the pic makes it hard to tell. Link to comment
