PicoSavvy
At what size do you guys consider a tank a pico. I normally consider a pico 3 gallon and below. But I also accept the general 5 gallon limit on a pico, but recently I started seeing 6 and 7 and even 10 gallon tanks being called a pico. So at what size do you guys consider a tank a pico ? tibbsy07
I tend to think under 5. the 5g AIOs to me are picos because they really don't hold 5 gallons of water when all is considered. The 5.5g tanks that people use, and I have used in the past, I consider kind of pico, but really it's more of a nano Link to comment
PicoSavvy
I consider pico at 3 gallon or less because of the jbj picotope. This tank is what originally spark my interest in pico. But I would also consider a aio 5 a pico because display volume is less then 5 gallon. Just ask because I notice the general term for pico and nano is getting big. Now 6,7 and even 10 gallon are called pico and 40 gallon breeder and even 60 gallon tank are called nano now. I thought nano where 30 gallon and below Link to comment
