Azedenkae
What's the smallest reef aquarium you have owned or have seen? Reef being = it has corals or whatever. Link to comment
FishI
Some one had a light bulb one..... Ill see if I can find a pic. Link to comment
brandon429
the key is to find one that has coral growth where it didnt occur, not just corals put in a small container, has to have growth to be legit Link to comment
CCXGT
I've seen a 0.25G (1l) jar. Looked insane, if you didn't know it was an aquarium, you'd think it's someone's liver... Link to comment
xmas_one
There's a 0.9g that's on here that's been up for I think over a year. Just putting corals in a small container doesn't make it a reef tank. Link to comment
Azedenkae
Haha yeah, I agree. It has to see some proper growth - or failing that, a long term sustenance and existence, as especially for that size tank, growth may not always be 'desired'. I've seen the 0.9g, very impressive. Anyone has a link to the light bulb or the jar? Link to comment
Cove
I think it was in a BRS video, they showcased one TINY tank in a video it was like the size of two thumbs together.. Link to comment
Mustang Boy
Brandon429 who posted earlier in this thread definitely wins this discussion with the smallest long term reef tank out there. Link to comment
seuadr
i've wondered about those PJ reefs - i've seen a number of pictures, but have no idea how valid they are in terms of how long. Link to comment
GHill762
the coolest one I saw was in an xbox 360.. smallest was the aiptasia kept in a shot glass for several weeks/months, if you count that as an "aquarium". edit: here is is http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/304270-15-ounce-anemone-tank/ Link to comment
