Fighting a losing battle, trying to keep my torch alive

I've had my green torch for about 4 months and recently it hasn't been doing so well. I was told it was getting too much light, so i moved it to a semi shady spot and it hasn't done any better. It won't take any of the mysis i try to feed it. Im thinking about giving it to someone who might be able to save it unless i can do it myself. My frogspawn is doing awesome as are all my other corals. Any suggestions?

this is a current picture, it does get a little bigger. The tentacles are white and no where near as long as they used to be

I think the best thing you can do is let it be if you really have the desire to save him. At this point I would consider it myself a goner, but that is my personal opinion. I have seen many things come back from nothing, but it is a slow process. Just put it medium lighting, not too high and not super low and wait to see if with time he comes back. Good luck friend and i am sorry to see what happened.

I agree with MMK1. Leave it alone for a while. I myself have killed some zoes by f'ing with them too much, and thinking I was going to make things better.

In my opinion, leave him be and make sure water parameters are top notch and lower light levels for a while. Once brown jelly disease sets in, then it is tough to bring them back.
