Sale Price for 40B Setup Too High?

I'm finally getting around to selling the 40B that could never be. I plan on putting this on Craigslist, but I know the price is too high. It is a full setup, ready to run, but I want to know if these prices are accurate/reasonable. I made a spreadsheet. For some reason, it won't let me attach Excel Worksheets, so this will have to do.

What's too high, what's too low?

Thanks everyone in advance, I really appreciate the help. I have new tank project coming up soon, so I need the stuff sold ASAP.

Pricing does not seem bad to me. After all a sale is made when you are willing to take an acceptable amount and that buyer feels like they are paying a fair amount.

I think your asking prices are reasonable considering it's all pretty much new condition.

Perhaps leave your per item ask as is and be willing to sell everything for a lower cost. Your work effort to sell will be easier and you get cash in hand sooner.

Thank you very much for the response!

Keeping individuals as is and the whole set at a lower price is a good idea, but I'm trying to sell the whole thing at once. If the buyer doesn't want part of it, though, I'll probably do that. Thanks for the help. :)

Be willing to negotiate. If $650 is your floor accepting price then perhaps ask for $750 knowing you can drop off 100 bucks and still be happy about it.

I wouldn't even bother trying to sell as a complete unit. I'd piece everything out .... and bump everything up a few bucks. Your prices are more than fair.

I bought my 40br tank w 40br sump all plumbed and with a stand from a member on here for $300 new. That being said I ended up buying that same skimmer, light, return pump, and rodi for another 400-500ish. Very good deal, and a great setup for someone looking to upgrade from a nano. GLWS.

That's a killer deal for someone getting into hobby, I say that because including the ro/di is a huge plus, or for someone upgrading who needs one. That being said, if I was looking for damn near turnkey reef setup and had the money I wouldn't think twice about that price. But as stated, you'll probably get more parting it out. But someone who has sold many tanks I know how nice it is to just move it all at once.

If you end up parting it out... I would be interested in the skimmer :P

Seems like a good price to me if you find the right buyer who wants everything at once.

If you were closer to me, or shipping costs weren’t so painful, I’d seriously considering picking up that entire package as it sits. While you might get more parting it out, there is a very high chance you will get stuck with left over items. I’d try to sell it as a package deal first, just to get everything gone.

My $.02 on the idea...

Dang...how about a road trip to Florida? XD

I'll probably post it as a bundle, wait a bit, and if I don't get any responses, I'll piece it out.
