I went to a web site that sang its praises, read the article, and found out the following: - the company that makes the salt is the one that set the criteria by which their salt scores at 100% --- the next bunch on the rankings are sold in Germany and Japan --- none of the US-made salts score above 50% - the web site is owned/run/etc. by the company that sells the salt Check out the "what salt do you use" thread in the main forum. I think Dave plans on giving this stuff a test drive. Link to comment
