tetraodon
so im going to be building sump baffles, my idea was to epoxy strips of acrylic to the glass to make guide channels, i know ill have to scuff up the glass and acrylic, any way to scuff the glass? i was thinkin of using sand paper, or an attachment to my dremel, what do you all think? NorthGaHillbilly
Just cut some glass and use sand paper to knock off the wdges. Silicon em in. People seem hesitant to cut glass, but it's really not difficult, and costs next to nothing. I'm planning on making a you tube video this weekend if your going to have thay much time Link to comment

Bingo1213
I have built many a sump with glass baffles siliconed into place. I feel it is the best way to go. I recently tried the pressure fitting method using non-toxic weather stripping. I dont like it and am in the process of building a new sump and upgrading the entire system. The baffles do not stay in place as well, but on the other hand the adjustability is a nice feature... Link to comment
