If you have been wanting to make your own moonlight heres your chance.

The LEDs here are the cheapest you will find and the best quality I have seen. www.aquamoonlight.com

I got 50 leds for the price of 10 at other places.

WOW THANKS :P radio shak charges like three bucks each

and what i have found is that the salt water gets to the metal of the led's and it corrodes the conection(rusts out) then the led wont work im thinkin of using silicone to to try and seal the led- wire connection better to protect the metal

i hope that makes sense

What I did with mine was enclose it in a 3 little plastic project boxes spaced out over a distance. You can mount the LEDs inside and then fill the whole box up with silicone. that will keep all the humidity out. I have a few boxes if anyone wants some. I paid 1.00 each so thats what I would sell them for. Let me know.

Anyone that wants to purchase LED lighs for low cost, I bought some at Fry's Electronics for only $2 per light and $5 for the ficture and pug. No need to pay a lot of money for them.

go to aquamoonlight.com they have the best LEDs

Also Aquamoonlight will soon be coming out with ready made Moonlights enclosed in a tube with a dimmer. Much better than homemade and about the same cost.
