Politics of hermit crab cohabitation?

I have an amber alert out for the smallest (ergo youngest?) hermit crab recently (3wks ago) added to my 25g cube. Through deductive analysis and cross referencing of statistical data, I have reason to believe that there is a deliberate attmpt in coersive (maybe even manipulative) cohabitation of, not one, but two hermits in my tank. So as not to be bais of gender, age, or sexual preference... or make false accusations of system-wide manipulation for the sake of urban sprawl, can someone, with more expertise than I, please identify if this picture positively identifies such cohabitation? (please note the dual pair of antenna, one of which extends from the spiral tip of the shell)
