Ruckus16
Seeded my tank with a piece of live rock and now it has a wavy algae on it. The rest of my base rock has a "fuzzy" appearance. I researched algae and can't find anything that matches this stuff. Dino is the closest visually but it's not slimy like the descriptions describe. My parameters are good, weekly WC and I'm running CPE with purigen. Link to comment

joy13
I was thinking turf algae. Is it soft or wiry feeling? Link to comment
NicoS
Definitely not Dino, much more likely to be a Turf algae type. Link to comment
