I ordered two SpectraPure products at the same time: the UPLC-II and their 4-stage RODI unit (CSPDI). I had some trouble with the UPLC-II ATO, but Andrew told me to clean the rollers and the pump shaft with alcohol, and it was immediately up and running. I ordered these things from an online vendor, and the DI resin cartridge had a hairline crack in it. Andrew agreed to ship me a new one right away.

 

Hey, stuff happens, but I love it when a company has awesome customer service. The products are of super high quality and I'm very pleased with both items.
